YOU NEED HELP, ASK FOR IT

Hello,
This is perhaps one of the really important blog posts for women who want to succeed because many women are constantly being overwhelmed with work due to traditional roles or profiling. In these days when both man and woman are expected to both contribute to family earnings, it is becoming accepted that women are in the work place but society has not adjusted it stance on domestic chores and raising the family.

As I have said in the opening paragraph. Enshrined in Tradition is the role of men as primary providers and protectors while women are the primary home keepers. Tradition has begun to accept that a woman should not sit at home but should also contribute financially. Tradition has not changed enough to share domestic chores and taking care of the children so a lot of us ladies are being overworked and now see traditional expectations as limitation to success.

As a woman who wants to succeed, you need help. You need to stop trying to prove a traditional point by trying to do it alone. Figure out the type of help you require and what areas of work/chores can be delegated.
All some women need is a domestic staff, others need an 'involved' husband who happily helps out with domestic work and the kids, yet another may need the services of a dry cleaner or even a personal assistant etc.

Please realise that you have just 24 hours and if you will have time to work towards success you have to delegate and get all hands on board. This blog post is not about feminism but about creating the time to succeed. Never be too shy to admit that you cannot do it all and you need help. Have that talk with your partner about where he is needed most and trust me, if he is unavailable for it, he will most likely pay someone to do it. I assure you, you will not be seen as lazy or lacking home training.

Take steps to simplify life and become effective, start by getting your partner on board.

This is only part 5 and today is Friday, there will be a new post on MONDAY.
Please share on your social media platforms, leave me comments and subscribe to my blog posts. Thank you.
